Conference Registration Confirmation

• Registration includes access to all sessions, conference kit and handbook, coffee break, lunch, other refreshments, and certificate of presentation for registered delegates.
• A letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference.

Please note: You are guaranteed participation only after you have received an email confirmation succeeding the completion of the payment within 48hours.

Payment Terms

• All registrations are regarded complete only having made the full payment prior to the Conference and on site.
• We accept payment by PayPal and bank transfer; please note that all transfer charges must be met by the sender.

Delegates are requested to produce their registration confirmation at the conference so as to receive their name badge onsite.

Cancellation or Replacement

• In case the registered person is unable to attend the event, the paid registration can be transferrable to other persons from the same university and is non-transferrable when intimated 15 days prior to the respective conference.
• Details of the substitute delegates like full name, their speech title, phone number, and email address must be intimated prior to the conference through an email or call.

Except for substitute or replacement of the candidate of, cancellation of registration comes with stipulation that complete refunding is not possible and on failure to attend the conference we hold the right to refrain from complete reimbursement of up-front payment made.
