Submit Your Abstract

The Virtual International Conference on Dentistry and Oral Health will take place on July 23-24, 2022. This online conference is in pursuit of pioneering abstracts captivating latest discoveries and innovative advancements with futuristic visionary in the allied field from young aspirants and expertise across the globe (preferable language usage is exclusively English).

All abstract submissions are accepted by the end of June 10, 2022. All investigators are invited to submit abstracts on topics pertaining to conference topics mentioned on the website. Authors are invited to submit abstract(s) using the submission form on this page.

 

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Only online submissions, facilitated through our online web portal, will be accepted and all abstracts sent by email, fax or post will not be considered. You may submit more than one abstract.
    • Group Discounts: A group registration will receive Group discounts through our code.
      1. 05-10 members - 15% discount.
    • 2. 11-15 members - 30% discount.
    • Benefits: All the accepted abstracts will be published in the International Journal of Dentistry and Oral Health (ISSN 2378-7090). Each abstract will receive a Digital Object Identification Number (DOI) provided by CrossRef.
    • Review: Every single conference abstract received undergoes double-blind peer review process by a panel of experts in the respective field and expected to meet the academic excellence.
  • Successful abstract submissions will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt along with an abstract reference number. In case you do not receive confirmation within 5 working days, please email us at contact@sciforschenconferences.com
  • Abstract word count should not be less than and beyond 220-300 and it must clearly indicate the objectives, research methods, results, conclusions, and references and should be in DOC format.
  • The abstract will be reviewed by the scientific committee, and you will be notified of its acceptance/ rejection.
  • Submitted abstracts must describe unpublished work that is not already in press or awaiting possible acceptance by any other society that publishes its abstracts/proceedings.
  • Submitted abstracts cannot be withdrawn or no changes will be made.
  • The presenting author must confirm that all co-authors agree with the submission and content of the abstract.
  • Papers already accepted for publication or presented in another meeting will not be considered. Please do not re-submit an abstract as this may lead to duplication.
  • Authors are also advised to proofread their abstracts and check for any error in spelling, grammar.
  • Once the abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference and present the work at the conference.
  • Contributions will only be finally accepted after registration and payment of the conference fee (non-refundable).
  • Authors will be provided 40% discount on APC for Publication of Complete manuscript for which the abstract submitted in the conference.

Virtual Presentation Guidelines

  • Virtual Presentation allows participants to present conveniently from their home or work without travelling.
  • Registered participants will receive the meeting invite with personalized user ID for webinar access few days before the event.
  • Please join the meeting 30 minutes early, to minimize last minute technical issues or delay during the presentation.
  • Each speaker will have 15 minutes for presentation. Please plan your talk for 10-12 minutes to allow for introduction and Q&A session at the end of your talk. In order to stay in track of time, please ensure that you start and end your presentation on the times indicated in the program.
  • If you are a presenter, be ready with your presentation slides open in your device when the meeting starts. You can share that document while sharing your screen.
  • If you would like to send the recorded presentation instead of attending and presenting online, we recommend you to send the recorded files along with power point presentation before 10 days of event start date.
  • All presenters are required to pay their own registration.
